“No Surprises” live acoustic @ Le Reservoir
I Heart Sundays! Again, It’s the certain emotion that comes with a Sunday. A little melancholy but free, a time to explore, do what you want before society’s idea of the workweek gets you locked into 5 days of one direction. (at least that’s my take coming from a super traditional upbringing from which I cannot escape)
Basically a day to let the top down and drink in “whatever you desire.”
Also, for some, a day to nurse that hangover in a dark air-conditioned room awaiting the
post toxic pain period of dreamy euphoria. You stare at the tv watching….let’s say golf for the sole reason of the huge green grasses visual effect on your painful eyes.(and I hate golf)
If I’m lost alone on this tangent let me know!
O.K. enough of that.
Not only does this version set the sunday tone it’s also got an innocent nursery rhyme sound and feel(more so on the lp), companioned with dark lyrics.(not unlike most of these archaic songs we sing obliviously to our infants)

warmjet, Uptempo radiohead! the pseudo angst off key ballads are just a tired genre in my opinion, or is it cool? Sorry-Just not feelin’ it.do enjoy 95% of your music posts on shaft though.stranglers,acetone,etc
