This is classic.
The Improve Everywhere group put this together. They’ve also done “No Pants on the Subway”, which turned into a global event late month, among a bunch of other spectacles. Everybody that participats are just regular people. They have “agents” that are on call for whatever stunt the group thinks up next. I just signed up.
