R.I.P. Mitch Mitchell

Sad news… Mitch Mitchell passed away earlier today in Portland. He was drummer for the Jimi Hendrix Experience, you may have heard of them. My whole love affair with music basically started with this band and their albums. What a gift he left behind… still unsurpassed in terms of impact and longevity.
