i wanna say i saw a post over at steve’s site on Wall of Voodoo that re-upped my ear to them…
the Beefheart tracks by the way are from that ‘lost’ Bat Chain Puller album, which you can read more about here.
as for coachella, what you read in that email was more or less the story. i honestly don’t know how anyone can ‘enjoy’ the music out there, with that amount of people moving around. and it’s a shame because there’s a lot of good artists who show up.
to have that many people together in one area at one time, they better be protesting the goddamn war… otherwise i don’t see the point.
