ah, this takes me back to times not so long ago.. when Tiger Lillie’s opened for John Cale at UCLA. at the end of their set, as I sat gob smacked, and slightly worried about what the boys had been exposed to, Jacob said in such a voice of amazement: “that was wonderful”. ditto.

So sad to hear the news today about Richie Haven’s passing. I was privileged to have interviewed and then spend some time with this truly wonderful human being..I was, am still so inspired by his intelligence, passion and humility. And, his incredible musicianship and song writing! Beautiful man. Thank you Richie
