What would Jesus buy?
Nov 21st, 2007 by ian
If Jesus lived today, I’m sure he’d buy somethings. But what would it be? Could he pass up on the amazing “Black Friday” deals? Would he stay home and meditate? Would he join with the other celebration on the day after Thanksgiving…“Buy Nothing Day”.
Personally, I don’t know how Jesus would be able pass up deals like these.
……On the eves of “Black Friday” comes a new film produced by Morgan Spurlock (Super Size Me, 30 Days), “What would Jesus buy?”
Looks good…

interesting…
i think this guy needs to take a breath, slow down, and stop staying “Amen Hallelujah” after every sentence.

Now that you’re living at the center of American capitalism, I thought you’d be getting the PS3 Xbox Guitar Hero 5000 for Xmas :>.
Have you surfed the Jersey Shore yet?

ha, he’s already got the ps3.
as for “Reverend Billy,” his colorfulness runs in the same vein as Colbert’s… satirical and biting. the guy’s been doing this reverend performance for a long time. the film is definitely the zenith of his visibility thus far.
performance art lives!

Ian’s nothing but a shameless consumer, next he’ll be hanging out at Tiffany or Bergdorf Goodman.
As for the video, loved it!
