Colbert rips apart the whole ‘Big State’ argument currently being lobbied by the increasingly desperate Clinton camp.

Seems like he sees Hillary’s position on all the ugliness that is now happening from her campaign as not emanating from her.
Seems rather familiar w/ how W was seen as not the reason for all the evilness and incompetency with his office.
It is not the people around them that create this.

Keith is so on his game.
Thanks for that.
Saw it but had to see it again.
Love the bust of Ferraro.

Talk about “Manufacturing Dissent” (Read Chomsky). You can really tell Olbermann’s background is in sports. He reads like a play by play. He has to compete other wise there’s no game for Olbermann. I really liked him on ESPN and even Fox and I can’t stand competitive sports.Competitive Sports mostly creates submission for the masses and is basically lower level brain stuff. He’s no different from Michael Moore, Sean Hannity or O’reilly. If Olbermans not picking on O’reilly or Bush who’s can he pick on? His wife? His kid? One might “THINK” he’s different or on his game but is he ? And what game are we playing.

olberman’s main fallacy is that he adopted the same aesthetics of most talking heads, and therefore his presentation is identifiable as something manufactured, something less than genuine. that said, the dude’s points and reality based diatribes still can carry real weight. he doesn’t just make shit up. that’s my take at least.
