Now as far as I can tell, this video does not look doctored in any way. That elephant is really holding that brush and making those marks on the canvas.

*Notice the little air strokes Stampy makes just before committing the brush to the surface, that’s a classic mannerism a lot of (human) painters do. That more than anything really tripped me out.

Whether Stampy’s conscious he’s drawing an elephant or has just been trained extensively to make these marks, unless you’re Doolittle there’s really no way of knowing. Pretty remarkable regardless though.
