Papa Papa Prescott Bush, Nazies
May 15th, 2008 by ian
JERUSALEM (CNN) – President Bush launched a sharp but veiled attack Thursday on Sen. Barack Obama and other Democrats, suggesting they favor “appeasement” of terrorists in the same way some Western leaders appeased Hitler in the run-up to World War II…
…”We have heard this foolish delusion before,” Bush said in remarks to Israel’s parliament, the Knesset. “As Nazi tanks crossed into Poland in 1939, an American senator declared: ‘Lord, if only I could have talked to Hitler, all of this might have been avoided.’ We have an obligation to call this what it is — the false comfort of appeasement, which has been repeatedly discredited by history.”
Prescott Bush, W’s grandfather:
How Bush’s grandfather helped Hitler’s rise to power
George Bush’s grandfather, the late US senator Prescott Bush, was a director and shareholder of companies that profited from their involvement with the financial backers of Nazi Germany.
The Guardian has obtained confirmation from newly discovered files in the US National Archives that a firm of which Prescott Bush was a director was involved with the financial architects of Nazism.
His business dealings, which continued until his company’s assets were seized in 1942 under the Trading with the Enemy Act, has led more than 60 years later to a civil action for damages being brought in Germany against the Bush family by two former slave labourers at Auschwitz and to a hum of pre-election controversy.
The evidence has also prompted one former US Nazi war crimes prosecutor to argue that the late senator’s action should have been grounds for prosecution for giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
enough said.

Of course the idiot–I mean the president–did not mention HIS administration negotiated with Libya–a terrorist state–to end their nuclear program and is in negotiations with North Korea–a terrorist state–to end their nuclear program. No, it’s perfectly clear to me and has been so for some time. That shit head wants continuous instability in the region to help his friends MAKE MONEY!! I only hope is that Obama’s attorney general has the balls to put Bush, Cheney and the rest of those war criminals in JAIL!!
Now I’m going to go surfing!

Obama is a socialist, a utopian like his dad. Be smart-don’t vote for him. I know you surfers cannot afford higher taxes. Obama has a smooth tonque-don’t get hypnotized by his plattitudes and good looks.

The cavalier manner in which Mr. Beetlejuice drops the words socialist and Utopian shows that he is in league with the framing fear mongers who have been so ably led by Karl Rove and his minions. This is the same crowd that has brought us ‘the war on terror’, the Patriot Act, and so many other goodies. There is much to be said about this, but I have a sneaky feeling his mental frame is solidly built, and the synapses have been efficiently programed.

on target.
programmed and closed to rational discussion.
Futile enterprise to even try as his talking points are direct from the Fox news cycle rhetoric.
No doubt there will be a similar response coming.
yawn.

The sad thing about Mr. beetlejuice is that he claims to be a school teacher???
As a “surfer” I am happy to pay more taxes if it will help to keep our schools open. Oh and guess what… our Republican Governor is busy cancelling vital education programs so that he can keep Taxes low for his rich Republican fellow A-holes.
