I took these photos last month while on a flight from NY to LA. Because of the major thunderstorms happening in the middle of the country, the plane ended up having to swoop down through Texas to avoid becoming another one of Ben Franklin’s metal keys in the sky. Once the sun set, the cloud line on the horizon just lit up with color. Amazing color.
